Is the Mustafa Rewards App free to join as a user?

Yes, the app is completely free to download and join.

How do I earn points?
You earn points with every purchase you make. Simply show your app's membership ID at checkout. If you do not scan the Member ID before the payment is completed, the points CANNOT be added later.
What can my points be used for?

Your points can be redeemed for cash vouchers in-store. You can review and redeem your vouchers directly in the app.

Where can I check my points balance?

You can easily view your current points balance, check your reward history, and track your membership status directly within the app's dashboard.

Do my points expire?

At this stage, your points do not have an expiry date.

What if I forget my password?

You can easily reset your password by selecting the "Forgot Password".

Where can I use my membership ID?

You can use your membership ID to earn points on qualifying purchases at all participating Mustafa outlets, including Mustafa centre and Mustafa Jewellery.
